Our trip to Geneva

This is our first time trip on winter season. My husband has been invited to the World Congress on Juvenile Justice as Indonesian Representative on 26-30 January 2015. So, me with my 23-weeks-bump took a leave to join!

I have predicted the flight time will be torturing; flight from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur, transited for few minutes, then went straight to Frankfurt for 15 hours and 30 minutes (!!), and Frankfurt to Geneva for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.  A tip for pregnant traveler on long-flight-hours: take a walk frequently and do stretching, drink plenty of water, it would be better to cut off your caffeine intake as it makes you pee often-so you actually lose more water, last but not least: don't forget your skin moisturizer!

We stayed at Royal Manotel which is located on Geneva City Centre (I like the hotel interior, the location is also great) There are souvenirs shop, Asian to italian restaurant surround it. Duly noted that hotels in Geneva will give you Geneva Free Transportation Card during your stay which you can use for buses, train, trams, and boat.

Here's some photos I have taken, enjoy!
